Theatre Season 23/24
IF I CAN’T DANCE, I DON’T WANT TO BE PART OF YOUR REVOLUTION
This season, UIC Theatre explores people who crave the life force of breaking out. Activists, incarcerated people, oppressed citizens, people trapped by the labels that society forces upon us – can we summon our strength and resilience in order to rise up? Are we stuck by fear of losing the little perks and comforts that society offers, or are we brave enough to rebel against the status quo?
Get ready for three fantastic plays and one musical, and see what price we pay for our bravery.
